Are there any breed/size restrictions on dogs?
All dogs are welcome regardless of breed or size. All we ask is for a friendly dog “meet and greet”. We welcome you to bring your pet on your tour or prior to applying for a unit. Our goal is to ensure a happy community for pets and people alike!
How many pets can I have in my unit?
As per the lease we limit to 2 pets per unit.
What is the pet deposit?
$35/pet per month with a max of 2 pets per unit. This applies to both cats and dogs.
Is there a dog run on site?
No, but the Wîhkwêntôwin neighbourhood is home to a ton of green space and wonderful walking trails very close by!
Parking
What is the cost of a parking space?
- We offer a variety of underground, secured parking options, but a single underground stall is $175/month.
- A tandem stall option is also offered for those looking for two stalls at $300/month.
- Looking for some extra secure personal storage? We also have unique parking stalls with rear attached private storage spaces. Starting from $250/month.
Where is parking located at The Mercury Block?
There are two levels of secured underground resident-only parking.
Where can my visitors park?
- We are happy to offer underground secured parking for your guests, 10 stalls currently available upon registration by resident.
- Overnight parking permitted upon management approval.
- The first level of underground parking is a public parking lot that offers paid hourly parking on a first come first serve basis.

Can I have a short term lease?
Short term leases are subject to approval and available for a minimum of 6 months or more only.
How long is needed for an application to be reviewed?
- Same day approvals offered if all forms and supporting documents are provided in full the same day as application.
- Please note a complete application does require a credit check, income verification and a landlord reference.
